Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate advanced CNC multi-spindle lathes with live milling, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to assembly operations.
Responsibilities
+ Operate CNC multi-spindle lathe with live milling on multiple tool setups and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and routings.
+ Load programs, make minor offsets, and change cutting tools.
+ Perform manual machining using drills, grinders, and lathes.
+ Measure components using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and tape measures (Metric and English).
+ Conduct TPM activities and monitor equipment for wear and damage, including sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpieces.
+ Cross-train in assembly operations and support other areas of the line.
+ Maintain accurate records and participate in Kaizen improvement initiatives.
+ Perform additional duties such as forklift use, CNC tooling setup, parts washer operation, and general housekeeping.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to stand for the entirety of shift.
+ High attention to detail with a focus on quality and producing quality parts.
+ 1+ year experience operating CNC machines (highly preferred).
+ Ability to read, write, and understand English.
+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, units of measurement).
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma controls is preferred.
+ Experience with manual hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm with a $1 differential. Overtime may be required occasionally, announced in advance. The facility is a clean, temperature-controlled machine shop with natural light, organized spaces, and a direct view into the assembly area. Steel-toed or composite shoes are required, with a boot voucher provided once hired.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $28.30/hr.
