Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm. This is a 6-month contract position.
Responsibilities
+ Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
+ Make production decisions regarding product quality and equipment operation.
+ Rotate job assignments throughout production as needed.
+ Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
+ Log information such as lot traveler and Lean books.
+ Use PCs to collect and send data.
+ Audit products, areas, processes, procedures, and prints.
+ Inspect products and components using ring light and microscope.
+ Repair non-conforming products.
+ Review and verify prints, process sheets, orders, labels, and procedures.
+ Count inventory and package, label, and move products.
+ Sort products and components.
+ Maintain safety standards while meeting production goals.
+ Perform work according to approved procedures and work instructions.
+ Keep the work environment neat and clean.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend procedures.
+ Good oral communication skills.
+ Good hand and eye coordination.
+ Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Basic verbal and written communication skills, including analysis and reasoning.
+ Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
+ Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team.
+ Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
+ Ability to work overtime as necessary.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred.
+ Direct Electronic Assembly experience.
+ Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
+ Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
+ Ability to walk for prolonged periods.
+ Frequently use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean and climate-controlled, with many employees working in a clean room setting. You will have a designated work area and will be required to sit and stand throughout your shift. The dress code includes clean jeans or work pants and a clean shirt, with no piercings. You will wear a static-resistant smock and tape on your shoes to reduce static. PPE is provided, including a smock, safety glasses, and ear protection. Shifts are available as follows: 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm), 2nd shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm with a 7% shift differential), and 3rd shift (11:15 pm – 6:45 am with a 15% shift differential). Weekend shifts are from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with a 10% shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Etters, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
