We are a fast-growing manufacturing company formed from three recently merged businesses, dedicated to engineering, manufacturing, and supplying electrification products for critical infrastructure. + **Quality Control Technician**
+ **Electrical Test Technician**
+ **Assembler**
If you have experience in manufacturing, electrical testing, or assembly—or are eager to grow into one of these areas—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your skills and interests, you may:
+ **Quality Control Technician**
+ Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with safety and quality standards.
+ Conduct dimensional, torque, and electrical tests using industry-standard equipment.
+ Document inspection results and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
+ Monitor processes for consistency and recommend improvements.
+ **Electrical Test Technician**
+ Perform electrical testing (dielectric, mechanical, control wiring) on switchboards and power distribution products.
+ Ensure compliance with UL 891, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards.
+ Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
+ Support troubleshooting and field testing as needed.
+ **Assembler**
+ Assemble components into finished products using diagrams, schematics, and work orders.
+ Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and other equipment to ensure accuracy.
+ Inspect components for damage and verify proper spacing and alignment.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve assembly issues.
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates with a mix of skills across these areas. You don’t need to fit all three roles—just one or more.
+ **Education & Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in electrical technology, quality control, or manufacturing preferred.
+ 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical testing.
+ Knowledge of basic electricity, current flow, and component functionality is a plus.
+ NETA certification or familiarity with UL/NEC standards is a bonus.
+ **Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail in inspection, testing, and assembly.
+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
+ **Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Work Environment
+ Brand-new facility with modern equipment.
+ Rotating **2-2-3 shift schedule** : 6 AM – 6 PM.
+ Initial training on a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
+ Safety gear required: steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants (thicker material), and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
