    Description

    Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service? Our team is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are resolved quickly and professionally while delivering a seamless, connected customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound AND outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. (Volume can exceed 300+ calls per day)

    + Provide information about products and services and assist with account management.

    + Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to track and resolve outstanding concerns.

    + Uphold high customer satisfaction standards and contribute to our positive work environment.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities.

    + Previous experience in a customer service role

    + Having experience in a call center setting with high-volume calls, emails, and chats is a plus.

    + Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Experience in customer support or call center roles preferred.
