Why This Role Matters

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the backbone of client relationships—providing exceptional service, managing critical administrative processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, advisors, and custodians. Your work will directly impact the client experience and the success of our advisory team.

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests

+ Prepare and process documentation for new and existing accounts

+ Coordinate with custodians and vendors to ensure smooth transactions

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support advisor travel logistics

+ Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ (If licensed) Assist with trading and portfolio rebalancing

What We’re Looking For

+ 4-8 years of experience in wealth management.

+ Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

+ Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

+ Ability to work independently and take initiative

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Experience with financial platforms (e.g., CRM, portfolio management tools) is a plus
