    Senior Accountant – Growth Path to Controller

    Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-visibility role offering hands-on exposure across all areas of accounting, direct interaction with leadership, and a clear path to advance into the Controller position.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support month-end and year-end close, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations

    + Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation

    + Assist with financial statement preparation and year-end audits

    + Prepare sales/use and property tax filings

    + Analyze financial data and support process improvements

    + Partner with the Controller and leadership team on special projects

    Requirements

    + Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

    + 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

    + Background in manufacturing, construction, or project-based accounting preferred
