    Description

    Our non-profit client in San Diego is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. This position focuses on delivering outstanding support to individuals while furthering the organization’s mission to make a positive impact in the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls and provide support, information, and assistance to clients and donors

    + Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring strong customer satisfaction

    + Assist with updating records, processing requests, and documenting interactions accurately

    + Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to organizational policies and procedures

    + Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information

    + Support outreach activities and assist with special projects as assigned

    + Collaborate with team members to meet department service goals

    Requirements

    + Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; experience with nonprofits a plus

    + Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude

    + Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail

    + Ability to handle sensitive information and difficult conversations with empathy

    + Bilingual abilities are a plus
