Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure precise document management within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in document control and financial processes. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

• Implement and maintain effective document control systems to organize and safeguard critical records.

• Review, scan, and archive documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.

• Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline document management processes and enhance efficiency.

• Conduct audits to verify the integrity and completeness of financial and administrative documents.

• Monitor and reconcile financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure proper documentation is available for audits.

• Train and support staff in document scanning and data management procedures.

• Develop and enforce policies for secure handling and storage of sensitive information. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and document control.

Automotive Dealership accounting is required.

• Proficiency in document scanning and archiving systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to document management.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
