    Description Job Title: Tax & Fiduciary Paralegal

    Overview:

    A large, multi-practice law firm seeks a highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented Tax & Fiduciary Paralegal with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare legal documents and manage financial and tax aspects of estates and trusts

     

    Prepare and file state and federal fiduciary income tax returns and death tax returns, ensuring compliance with filing requirements

     

    Utilize GOSystems tax software to complete tax documentation and submissions

     

    Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, financial advisors, and beneficiaries to maintain clear communication and effective case management

    Requirements:

    2–5 years of experience in fiduciary tax management and trusts and estates law

     

    Proficiency in preparing fiduciary income tax and estate tax returns

     

    Strong knowledge and experience with GOSystems tax software (required)

     

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

     

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

     

    Experience with document management systems, preferably iManage

     

    ABA-approved paralegal certification, preferred
