Description
A dynamic, multi-state service organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee company-wide licensing and compliance operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the President and other senior leaders.
+ Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up on strategic initiatives.
+ Coordinate and maintain all business, technician, and specialty licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Liaise with legal counsel and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Track renewals, schedule exams, and manage continuing education requirements.
+ Serve as a central point of contact for licensing and compliance matters.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years in executive support and/or licensing compliance, preferably in a multi-state service industry.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Info:
+ Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
+ This is a full-time, in-office role.
