    Overview:

    We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist with proven experience in the B2B marketing space. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving engagement that converts followers into qualified leads. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable growth across all digital touchpoints.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Meta, and emerging B2B-relevant platforms.

    + Create engaging, brand-aligned content tailored to target audiences within the B2B market.

    + Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite—tracking ROI and optimizing performance.

    + Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex products or services into compelling social content and visuals.

    + Analyze key metrics and performance reports to identify insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    + Maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.

    + Support broader content initiatives such as blog writing, newsletters, and case study promotion.

    + Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy.

    + Engage with audiences professionally and in line with brand voice.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    + 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B environment.

    + Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

    + Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft content that resonates with professional audiences.

    + Experience creating and interpreting analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite Insights.

    + Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how social media contributes to demand generation and lead nurturing.

    + Comfortable managing both organic and paid social campaigns simultaneously.

    + Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

    + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

    Preferred:

    + Experience supporting industries such as technology, professional services, manufacturing, or energy.

    + Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and email marketing best practices.

    + Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization methods.
