Responsibilities
This is an office based position in the Indianapolis, IN location. The work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm EST
Provide administrative support to Business Office Manager and Tech Support Analyst. Professional, friendly, and welcoming appearance and demeanor are essential. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to Shipping/Receiving, Packaging, Sorting/Sending Mail, Basic Level IT Equipment troubleshooting, Inventory, Greeting Guests, Assisting with coordination of onsite events, Assisting with creation of distributable office wide email and TV communications and assisting with completing ad hoc requests/tasks. Medical Records, Credentialing, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Mitel, and other duties as assigned. The ability to work well under pressure and with grace in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
+ Receive, Sort and Distribute daily mail and packages
+ Assist with shipping and receiving equipment
+ Initial review and fulfillment of EquipCBO Tickets (Equipment requests, etc.)
+ Responsible for office supplies and equipment and is the secondary contact for building maintenance items
+ Point of contact for Medical Record requests from the storage facility
+ Responsible for the general phone line for CBO East (Indianapolis, Grandview, Birmingham)
+ Monitors on-site business office in Indianapolis
+ Mitel Support Partner - troubleshoot issues, set up new phone lines , liaison with the vendor
+ Level One troubleshooting of basic teammate IT equipment
+ Assist with basic IT support tasks , as assigned
+ Coordinate meetings /conference calls , prepare agendas, and reserve and set up facilities
+ Complete expense reports timely , ensuring appropriate documentation is collected and processed
+ Process letters, memos, faxes , and other documents
+ Off-site meeting planning including securing a facility, rooming lists, banquet needs, etc.
+ Must be able to work in a participative team culture and independently as a virtual assistant
+ Compose confidential correspondence and reports in a timely manner
Qualifications
Requirements :
+ Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree prefer red, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
+ 2 years of experience in a medically related (business or clinical) environment preferred ; surgery center experience a plus
+ Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations
+ Proficient computer experience with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Medical Billing Software and Applications
+ Good communication skills and phone etiquette required
Preferred Skills :
+ Medical terminology knowledge preferred
+ Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft365 preferred
