The Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Strategy will support leaders and teams across Trading Services. This individual will split their time evenly between 1) employee engagement and experience programs and 2) providing strategic support to leadership through high-quality reporting and presentation materials.
Key responsibilities
+ Employee engagement (50%)
+ Lead our Trading Services Engagement Committee, composed of employees across Trading Services
+ Help design, coordinate, and execute initiatives that drive engagement and help us be productive
+ Review and analyze Glint engagement survey results, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
+ Collaborate with HR and team leaders to ensure alignment of engagement programs with organizational goals
+ Communicate regularly with staff to solicit feedback, share updates, and promote ongoing engagement activities
+ Executive support (50%)
+ Prepare executive reporting, collecting information from various partners and data sources, conducting basic data analysis as needed
+ Create presentation materials for all-hands meetings, leader speaking engagements, strategy projects, and more
+ Write executive summaries of business issues and priorities
+ Assist in the development of employee communications
+ Contribute to other projects as needed to help support the team
Reporting structure
This position reports to the Director, Business Strategy, Trading Services, and works closely with executive leadership, employees throughout the Trading Services organization, and key business partners.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site four days per week in the specified locations.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

**Required Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of experience in business strategy, employee experience, or related roles
+ Experience working in the brokerage industry
+ Proven ability to build relationships, lead group projects, and work with partners across all levels of the organization
+ Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets, including interpreting data, doing basic analysis, and identifying actionable insights
+ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling executive-level materials
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work independently, seeking guidance as needed
+ Creativity and a drive to make things fun and interesting
+ High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Experience with and knowledge of trading at Schwab is a plus, but not a requirement
