**The Sr. Collections Specialist** manages business-to-business (B2B) collections activities to ensure timely customer payments and maintain strong customer relationships. This role handles complex account reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, and communicates effectively with customers and internal teams. The Collections Specialist collaborates with sales, order administration, and accounting to optimize collections processes, recommend credit limits and payment terms, and support company goals—all while upholding Stratasys Core Values.
What you will be doing:
+ Contact customers to collect on past due accounts and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships
+ Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies directly with customers
+ Maintain accurate and complete customer master data, document actions taken on accounts, and generate monthly statements
+ Work cross-functionally with order administration, sales, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely completion of collections tasks
+ Process credit card payments accurately and efficiently. Provide timely and accurate collection summaries and recommendations to management
+ Follow all company policies and procedures (safety, compliance, etc.)
+ Attend all required company training
+ Demonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values
+ Other Responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager
Must Have for this Role:
+ Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum 4 years of previous collections experience
+ Experience establishing and modifying credit limits and negotiating payment plans, all while maintaining good customer relations

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $46,617 to $56,277, which does not include 4% annual incentive pay or benefits. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experience.
