    Job Title: Project Management Analyst Lead PMAJob Description

     

    The Project Management Analyst Lead PMA is responsible for managing the deployment of project management software to support program and project managers, as well as program analysts. This role is essential in ensuring effective work delivery and resolving any arising issues. The successful candidate will consolidate and manage multiple projects, integrate model year plans for major program teams, and provide guidance to PMA supplier staff while interfacing with upper-level management.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage project management software deployment to support program and project managers.

    + Resolve problems or issues that arise during project management.

    + Integrate and consolidate multiple projects and model year plans for major program teams.

    + Provide guidance and interface with upper-level management.

    + Function effectively within a matrix organization with minimal supervision.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of experience as a Project Management Analyst.

    + 3 or more years of experience working with the client.

    + Experience in project management, software deployment, and project control.

    + Proficiency in Program Management and APQP.

    + Strong organizational leadership skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Engineering background preferred.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The position requires onsite presence 4 days a week, with a potential return to 5 days a week starting in 2026, depending on leadership discretion.

    This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.36 - $45.00/hr.
