The Order Entry Manager will oversee the order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes for service-related issues on conveyor curves, parts, and related equipment. This role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and production departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met. The manager will also monitor service metrics, implement process improvements, and assist in delivering training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Additionally, the role involves assisting with warranty claims, after-sales support, and preparing reports for senior management.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee order entry, tracking, and fulfillment for service-related issues.
+ Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production departments to meet customer requirements.
+ Monitor service metrics such as response time, order accuracy, and satisfaction levels.
+ Implement process improvements based on service metrics.
+ Develop and assist in delivering training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.
+ Assist in warranty claims and after-sales support.
+ Prepare reports for senior management.
+ Implement process improvements as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry.
+ Experience working with a CRM system.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
