Description
Hybrid 3 days a week onsite Coordinate all stages of the interview process across technical, GTM, and operational roles, ensuring a world-class candidate experience. • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure timely feedback loops. • Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse/Lever or similar), keeping candidate data clean, accurate, and up to date. • Support sourcing initiatives by identifying and engaging potential candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job postings, social media updates, and candidate communications. • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline stage conversions, interview feedback) and help prepare regular hiring reports for leadership. • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into Bluefish. • Assist with process documentation for recruiting, helping the team build scalable systems. • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or people operations—ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you thrive on keeping processes running smoothly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace). • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working in a fast-moving environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
