• Social Media Analyst (Hybrid)

    Analytics and Dashboarding: Manage social media analytics using Sprinklr (mandatory knowledge) to pull actionable insights from data.

     

    Data Synthesis: Take data from different teams and sources and build a cohesive dashboard to provide a unified, strategic view of performance.

     

    Strategy Shaping: Monitor trends and performance to help shape the overall content strategy for organic social growth.

    Social Operations & Execution:

    Manage day-to-day operations across major social channels (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), including emerging platforms.

     

    Manage the posting schedule and content calendars, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across the Lifestyle Brands.

     

    Community Management: Monitor channels for engagement opportunities, engage with users, and foster a vibrant social community.

     

    Pitching Ideas: Proactively pitch content ideas based on emerging social trends and brand strategy.

    Cross-Functional & Agency Liaison:

    Agency Management: Serve as the main contact for partner agencies (like Golin), managing campaign briefs, leading kick-offs, and providing continuous status updates.

     

    Internal Collaboration: Work highly cross-functionally with internal creative, app, web, games, and CRM teams. The focus is primarily on organic social, with agencies managing the paid media.

    Qualifications:

    Sprinklr - transform raw, multi-source data into actionable strategic insights that drive organic content performance, manage agency partners, and support the business goals.

     

    Mgmt of organic social - proven ability to manage the full organic social lifecycle (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for multiple brands, focusing on community management, content calendar execution, and pitching ideas based on emerging trends.

     

    Experience working with or at an external agency or small boutique hotel chain with a strong social presence.
