We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Vice President, Global Business Transformation Practice Leader to build, lead, and expand RGP’s global business transformation practice. This executive will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and delivering high-impact transformation solutions that enable finance organizations to operate with greater agility, efficiency, and strategic value. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across finance transformation, process optimization, shared services design, and organizational change, paired with a proven ability to sell, deliver, and scale advisory services in a consulting environment.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone energized by transformation, collaboration, and client success; someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike. As a key member of RGP’s global leadership team, this individual will shape our market position, collaborate across practices, and drive the next stage of growth for our Business Transformation practice.
+ Lead the Practice: Build and lead RGP’s Global Business Transformation Practice, including vision, strategy, go-to-market execution, revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and brand differentiation across regions
+ Drive Growth: Develop and execute a global strategy that expands RGP’s transformation footprint, focusing on new client acquisition, account expansion, and multi-solution growth in collaboration with other practice leaders. This is a seller–doer leadership role with defined annual sales and delivery targets, leveraging both personal and RGP client relationships to drive growth and expand market presence.
+ Deliver Client Impact: Oversee design and delivery of transformation engagements that align finance strategy, people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable performance improvement and organizational agility.
+ Shape Offerings & Market Position: Define and evolve RGP’s core transformation offerings across: Finance Strategy and Transformation; Finance Operating Model; GBS Strategy and Execution; Finance Process Optimization.
+ Develop and Strengthen Global Delivery Capability: Collaborate with RGP’s global delivery teams to build, support, and enhance a world-class Global Delivery Center, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and scalability across regions.
+ Build Talent Communities: Partner with regional and global leaders to develop, retain, and scale a community of high-performing consultants and project professionals with expertise in business transformation.
+ Champion Thought Leadership: Represent RGP externally at industry forums, contribute to market insights, and develop a strong point of view on enterprise transformation, innovation, and organizational agility.
+ Collaborate Across Practices: Partner with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions that address clients’ most pressing challenges.
+ Ensure Excellence in Execution: Maintain the highest standards of client delivery, engagement profitability, and team performance across global engagements.
+ Deliver Results: Key performance metrics include revenue growth, gross margin, utilization, client satisfaction, and sales generation.
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or PMP are a plus.
+ 15+ Years of Leadership Experience: In management consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy, advising C-suite executives and driving complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
+ Deep Expertise Across Risk Domains: Finance modernization, operating model redesign, process automation, shared services, and organizational change.
+ Proven Success Building and Leading a $50M+ Global Business Transformation Practice: Demonstrated track record of growing a finance or business transformation practice within a professional services or consulting firm.
+ Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Experience designing service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth.
+ Client Relationship Management: Ability to build trusted partnerships with C-level executives, understand strategic imperatives, and position RGP as a strategic advisor to the finance organization.
+ Leadership and Team Development: Proven ability to attract, inspire, develop, and lead global teams, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
+ Executive Presence and Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, boards, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
+ Innovation & Thought Leadership: AI-fluent and data-driven with a passion for advancing the finance function through modernization, process improvement, and human-centered transformation.
+ Business Development Acumen: Strong network of executive-level relationships and a track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
+ Available for travel to meet business needs.
+ All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Base Pay Range: $254,000 - $350,000
+ Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
