In this role you will interact extensively with senior Deloitte clients in all industries and functions.
Work you'll do
Executive Accelerators is searching for an EventOperations Manager to join the Executive Events team. Deloitte's Executive Events delivers experiences for our client executives throughout their careers-from navigating critical points of inflection, to designing a strategic agenda, to leading through personal and organizational change. Creating events and experiences at Deloitte University is complex, involving hundreds of details during planning and delivery onsite. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence as a key connector between teams, smoothing the way for impactful, consistent, and elevated client experiences.
The Event Operations Manager plays an integral role in the success of executive client events by:
+ Owning program management for all executive client events, overseeing daily event operations.
+ Managing the relationships between multiple event owners and multiple delivery partners, ensuring cross-team collaboration for delivery excellence.
+ Responsible for event intake and all initial event coordination.
+ Driving resource strategy and planning across Events shared service teams based at Deloitte University and our offices in India and Costa Rica.
+ Relentlessly pursuing process improvement, driving consistent and timely operational support that anticipates needs and delights our internal and external clients.
+ Mentoring and apprenticing teams as a core part of your role; providing both formal and informal instruction, direction, and feedback to junior staff.
+ Contributing to a collaborative, supportive culture, valuing each team member, fostering personal connection, fun, and contributing to an environment focused on well-being, belonging, respect and trust.
+ Supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications include
Required:
+ 8+ years' relevant work experience with 2-3+ years of program management experience
+ Undergraduate degree
+ Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
+ Working knowledge of project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
+ This is an in-office role and onsite in the Deloitte University Westlake office.
+ Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
