Front Office Coordinator – Be the Heart of Our Team!

Are you a people-person with a knack for organization and a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the go-to person for both clients and colleagues.

What You'll Do:

+ Be the friendly voice that professionally handles high-volume incoming calls and directs them with ease.

+ Accurately input new accounts into our system – your attention to detail keeps us running smoothly.

+ Collect payments from customers across multiple offices with confidence and care.

+ Greet clients and visitors with warmth and guide them to the right team member.

+ Verify mail and manage miscellaneous office tasks that keep our operations humming.

+ Handle faxing, scanning, and copying like a pro.

+ Keep our filing and storage systems organized and accessible.

+ Retrieve public information when requested – you're our info expert!

+ Maintain a clean, welcoming office space that reflects our professionalism.

What You Bring:

+ A curious mind – you’re not afraid to ask questions and learn!

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

+ Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Valley, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
