    Job Title: IT Deployment Technician

     

    On-Site

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking two IT Deployment Technicians to support the setup of a new facility scheduled to open in Spring 2026. This project involves deploying and configuring over 1,300 endpoint devices and accessories across multiple floors of a newly constructed building. Technicians will work closely with the IT team to ensure all equipment is installed, tested, and documented.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deploy and install PCs, thin clients, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals across designated floors.

    + Perform imaging, configuration, and validation of devices to ensure functionality.

    + Maintain accurate deployment logs and asset tracking throughout the project.

    + Coordinate with IT staff for setup of accessories and network-connected devices.

    + Assist with final installation, testing, and documentation leading up to building activation.

    + Participate in project close-out reviews and provide training materials as needed.

    Required Skills:

    + Experience with hardware deployment and desktop support.

    + Proficiency in Windows 10 and basic troubleshooting techniques.

    + Ability to test device functionality and resolve setup issues.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow structured deployment plans.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with installing and supporting PCs, laptops, printers, badge readers, and related hardware.

    + Experience with asset management and documentation practices.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
