Overview:

Are you a seasoned Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure? We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist to lead cloud architecture initiatives, drive governance, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.

This role blends technical depth with policy and governance leadership, offering a unique opportunity to shape cloud strategy while working on impactful projects like telephony migrations and asset management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Architect and implement Azure-based solutions using services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

+ Collaborate with software services teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and performance.

+ Leverage existing Azure resources to minimize custom development and optimize efficiency.

+ Contribute to and maintain cloud governance frameworks, including naming conventions, access controls, and resource organization.

+ Document architectural decisions and governance policies to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.

+ Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployment and operations.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

+ Expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture – including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

+ Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

+ Experience with cloud governance and policy development.

+ Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

+ Ability to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
