Dishwasher

Payrate:17.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 230pm

Join our dedicated team at The Buffalo Seminary school where we prioritize a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students and staff. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, supporting our commitment to providing a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces

- Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas

- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling

- Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a hygienic environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dishwashing or cleaning role preferred

- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service environments

- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail

- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Flexibility to work during school hours, including mornings and early afternoons
