    The Information Technology Contracts Analyst oversees the IT contract workflow, document management, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators related to all IT vendor agreements including; hardware, software, and professional services (outsourcing, consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services). The role also facilitates the timely execution of vendor agreements and monitors contract status and location throughout its full life cycle.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Intake and registration of proposed vendor contracts by use of the IT Vendor Contract Status Report to include but not limited to terms, financial data and contract status time stamping.

    + Work with sponsors to collect and assemble required contract documentation for all contracts to include New Contracts, Extensions and Amendments as it related to Hardware, Software, Consulting Agreements and Service Maintenance Agreements Engages with IT Security staff to validate vendor risk assessments are in progress in support of the VCM contract process and in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

    + Systematically and efficiently monitors contract creation to full execution and regularly interacts with the business and process stakeholders to disseminate information regarding contract status throughout life cycle.

    + Coordinates with Accounts Payable to on-board new vendors and obtain Tax Exempt Certificates.

    + Oversees and facilitates the flow of IT vendor agreements throughout the contract life cycle between IT, Legal, the Business, Materials Management, and associated vendors.

    + Ensures all IT vendor agreements are properly executed, completed and uploaded to a central repository for easy access and in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

    + Creates Service Now Incidents for non- Project related contracts to request Purchase Orders

    + Authors’ vendor Termination notices and tracks delivery and counter signature.

    + Performs audits regularly on the contract repository and augments/updates/archives IT vendor agreements as required.

    PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

    Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant work experience is required

    TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

    Experience with contracts and facilitating the contract process in an IT environment. Has worked in finance or accounting or has equivalent experience. Ability to collaborate with Finance, Legal, Materials Management, PMO, IT Management, and Business Stakeholders. 1 year of IT Cost Accounting preferred. 1 years in Healthcare preferred. MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience is required.
