    Position

    SAS has an opening for an Order Puller.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Put merchandise from bins using RF scanners.

    + Pull material according to the order ticket and ensure accuracy.

    + Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage.

    + Transport pulled items to the shipping area.

    + Conduct physical inventories as required.

    + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

    + Assist in maintaining a safe environment.

    + Must be able to reach and maintain company production standards.

    + Must be able to assist in all areas of the warehouse as needed

    + Good eye and hand coordination.

    + Able to follow directions and work independently or in a team.

    + Have a can do attitude and willing to do whatever is needed.

    + Demonstrate respect and empathy for co-workers, the team and the customer.

    + Excellent attendance.

    Physical Requirements

    + Must be able to push cases on cart up to 100 lbs.

    + Must be able to stand/walk for 8 – 10 hours.

    + Repetitive hand and wrist extension and flexion to complete product assembly.

    + Reach, stoop, and pull items 2 lbs above shoulder.

     

    Education & Experience Requirements

     

    + High school diploma/GED.

    + Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. He/she must be able to operate radio frequency scanner.

    + Experience as an order selector is a plus but not required.
