    Join Our Team – Collision Painter HelperLocation: Chevy Chase Acura Chevy Chase Acura is seeking a Collision Painter Helper to support our collision repair team. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do: * Assist collision painters with surface preparation, masking, sanding, and other prep work. * Mix and prepare paint and materials as needed. * Keep the paint area clean, organized, and safe. * Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks. * Work closely as a team with an assigned painter, supporting them throughout the repair process. * Support the collision repair team as assigned; you may be asked to assist with other shop tasks when needed. What We’re Looking For: * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to lift heavy objects regularly. * Prior experience in a body shop or painting environment is a plus, but not required. * Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a team.
