    Join Our Team as a PART-TIME Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

     

    At the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA), we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through high-quality behavioral support. We are seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to provide services throughout San Diego County—with a special opportunity to support clients in the Imperial Valley (El Centro) region.

     

    This is a unique position for locally based San Diego BCBAs who want to maintain a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact in Northern and Southern parts of San Diego.

     

    As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while working with a collaborative, mission-driven organization that values professional growth, flexibility, and compassion.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

    + Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

    + Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and case workers.

    + Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.

    + Stay current on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development.

    + Complete 15–18 billable hours per week.

    + Maintain flexibility for afternoon client supervision.

    Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

    + Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.

    + Minimum two years of experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents.

    + Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.

    + Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
