**Pay:** $17.47/hr

**Location:** Tucker, GA

**Schedule** : 2 shifts available!

+ Mon-Friday 12pm – 8:30pm

+ Thus – Sat 12pm – 7:30pm

**Type of Job:** Temp to hire

**Laboratory Technician daily tasks** :

+ Complete laboratory testing on incoming samples.

+ Submit sample results to the appropriate personnel.

+ Perform sample preparation including but not limited to: aliquot samples, spike and trace samples, prepare reagents, bottle samples, prepare concentrations, separation, sonication, liquid rack set up.

+ Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure samples are properly labeled

+ Prepare general lab paperwork such as recording analysis results, tracking samples, bench sheets, and lab logbooks

+ Wash lab glassware to prepare for next day

+ Enter data in LIMS system timely and accurately.

+ Register incoming samples as needed.

Laboratory Technician Requirements:

+ A.S. or B.S. degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related field preferred.
