The Materials Fulfillment Leader role will be the owner of customer projects from a material health and shop movement standpoint. The Materials Fulfillment Leader will be material planning focal point working on pacing item follow-up, solutioning part shortages, and cost analysis.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Review material health of projects as an input into the scheduling process.

+ Maintain systems to enable reports are accurate for material status.

+ Work cross-functionally to ensure material timelines for projects are staying on-track across processes.

+ Solution critical shortages proactively during the lifetime of the project.

+ Validate system accuracy for dates and cost.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields OR a High School Diploma / GED and 4 years of experience in material planning and scheduling

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organization

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage information flow and create comprehensive output

+ Ability to make decisions in a complex environment of conflicting priorities with problem solving and collaboration

+ High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)

Desired Characteristics:

+ Lean and/or continuous improvement mindset, Green Belt or Black Belt certification

+ Experience working with Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines/Aviation engine and module configurations

+ Knowledge of/proficiency in Oracle ERP, Tableau

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
