Due to continued growth in 2025, Boswell is now offering a unique growth opportunity for a skilled Primavera P6 Scheduler in New Jersey. This position may be based on-site in our South Hackensack, NJ office or based remotely with office and site visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

+ Developing and maintaining project schedules on major capital multi-year projects ($5M - $ 50 Million) using Oracle Primavera P6 software

+ Forecasting and adjusting schedules continually to anticipate and minimize risks

+ Analyzing project schedules to identify potential issues and active collaboration with project teams to ensure that project schedules align with project requirements

+ Adhering to internal standards, policies, and procedures

+ Continual proactive communication to Project Managers, Project Team & Stakeholders

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 5 years of experience as a full-time Scheduler within a Project Management Team using P6 Primavera software, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget

+ Oracle Primavera P6 Training and/ or Certification required

+ Strong proficiency in forecasting, risk anticipation/ mitigation and proactive projections

+ Prior experience supporting major electric utility projects is preferred.

The salary range below is applicable for the job and location associated with this position. Compensation will vary based on specific relevant experience, education, certifications, skill levels, geographic location and other compensable factors.
