+ Minimum one-year job related experience desired.

+ Knowledge of and ability to operate telephone console to effectively operate multiple phone lines.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Knowledge and expertise in basic office procedures.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

+ Ability to organize and prioritize work.
