About the role

As a Facets Developer, you will make an impact by supporting new implementations and enhancements across healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure high-quality development and integration of Facets modules.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead development activities for Facets implementations and enhancements.

+ Perform backend development using SQL and .NET technologies.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

+ Ensure seamless integration across Facets modules and healthcare systems.

+ Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage deliverables and timelines.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on designated days in TX or NJ. What you need to have to be considered

+ Strong hands-on experience in SQL and .NET development.

+ Solid understanding of healthcare systems and payer domain workflows.

+ Proven experience working across multiple Facets modules.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.

+ Experience supporting both new implementations and ongoing development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applicants will be accepted till 11/30/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $83K-$94K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
