As a **QA Delivery Manager** , you will make an impact by leading and scaling high-performing QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and offshore teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead and manage five QA pods, including Regression and End-to-End testing teams.
+ Own the QA delivery lifecycle from planning through execution to reporting for digital initiatives.
+ Oversee regression testing, end-to-end testing, release readiness, and post-production validation.
+ Drive automation strategy and execution across:
+ Web using Playwright
+ API using RestAssured
+ Mobile using Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS)
+ Champion in-sprint automation and continuous testing practices across all QA pods.

What you need to have to be considered
+ 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role.
+ Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models and ensuring 24/7 test coverage.
+ Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting for digital initiatives.
+ Hands-on experience with automation tools including Playwright, RestAssured, Espresso, and XCUITest.
+ Demonstrated ability to define and track QA metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and product quality.
These will help you stand out
+ Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes.
+ Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and DevOps.
+ Ability to manage risks and effectively escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
+ Experience delivering high-quality test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and in-sprint automation best practices.
