Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Facility Type: Neuro-Medical Treatment Center

Schedule Options:

+ Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (40 hours/week, every other weekend required)

+ Second Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (40 hours/week, every other weekend required)

+ Third Shift: 11:45 PM – 7:15 AM (40 hours/week, every other weekend required)

Orientation:

+ First 4 weeks: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

+ Note: No time off or call-outs permitted during orientation period

Position Overview:

The Neuro-Medical Treatment Centers provide 24-hour skilled nursing care and specialized support for adults with chronic and complex medical and/or behavioral conditions. These may include neurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, or severe and persistent mental illness. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of life for our residents.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in the State of North Carolina

+ At least one (1) year of CNA experience

+ Experience in psychiatric or neuro-medical treatment settings preferred

+ Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend

+ Commitment to full attendance during the orientation period
