Are you an experienced ABA professional looking to make a difference in a school setting? We are hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism and behavioral challenges across Orange County. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow your career in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and mental health services.

Position Overview

+ Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in public and private school environments

+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

+ Collect and report data on student progress using ABA therapy techniques

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

+ Promote positive behavior, communication, and social-emotional development

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Minimum 6 months of experience providing ABA therapy (required)

+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)

+ Reliable transportation to school sites throughout Orange County

+ Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
