    General Education Teacher | 2nd Grade | Phoenix, AZ | $38/hr | Full-Time | 36-Week Contract

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time General Education Teacher to support a 2nd grade classroom in Phoenix, AZ. This in-person role begins November 23, 2025 and runs for 36 weeks.

    Position Overview

    + Location: Phoenix, AZ

    + Start Date: November 23, 2025 (TBD)

    + Duration: 36 weeks

    + Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Full-time

    + Grade Level: 2nd Grade

    + Modality: In-person

    Responsibilities

    + Implement daily instructional plans effectively

    + Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

    + Collaborate with administrators and fellow teachers

    + Communicate with parents and staff professionally

    + Support student learning and personal growth

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Valid teaching license/certification (state/district compliant)

    + 1+ year of teaching experience preferred

    + Strong communication and classroom management skills

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Minimum age: 18
