    School Social Worker | Full-Time | Rio Rancho, NM | $42–$44/hr | 22-Week Contract

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring two full-time School Social Workers for placements in Rio Rancho, NM. One role is at the high school level, and the other supports a combined middle and elementary caseload. Both positions begin December 1, 2025 and run for 22 weeks.

    Position Overview

    + Location: Rio Rancho, NM

    + Start Date: December 1, 2025

    + Duration: 22 weeks

    + Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

    + Caseload: ~40 students per assignment

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Interview Format: In-person with special services team

    + Charting System: None

    + Timekeeping: MaxView Timeclock

    Pay Details

    + LMSW: $42/hr | Pay Package: $1,575/week

    + LCSW: $44/hr | Pay Package: $1,650/week

    Requirements

    + Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement

    + MSW or LCSW may be required

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Minimum age: 18

    + Submission must include: Amergis cover letter, resume, state SW license, and education SW license
