SPED Instructional Assistant – School-Based

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours

Pay: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Special Education IAs to join our team and support students in school settings. In this role, you will work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide one-on-one support to students during school hours

+ Implement behavior plans and collect data on student progress

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

+ Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

+ Experience working with children or in education settings

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work Monday–Friday during school hours
