SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Join one of the nation’s leading academic health systems as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Pediatric Hematology at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in caring for children and families affected by benign hematologic disorders, working alongside a collaborative team of pediatric hematologists, nurses, and specialists dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
The Pediatric Hematology APP provides comprehensive care through clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients across the continuum of care — including outpatient, inpatient, and procedural settings. This position offers a meaningful blend of** **direct patient care, education, and care** **coordination, allowing you to make a lasting impact on young patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ **Masters Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required.**
+ **At least two (2) years of work experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).**
+ **Current licensure to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ **One (1) to two (2) years of experience in hematology, oncology, internal medicine, pediatrics, or a related specialty.**
+ **New graduates with strong hematology/oncology clinical rotations are encouraged to apply!**
