Job Description
The **Applications Administrator** provides IT support to both the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and Restaurants. This role ensures the reliability and performance of internal key business applications, including Cane’s World, Bynder, Lucernex, and Politemail, with future expansion as new systems are introduced.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
+ Deliver operational support and troubleshooting for assigned applications with technical accuracy and timeliness
+ Manage user security roles aligned with least-privilege principles and IT security standards
+ Serve as a liaison between our internal customers and SaaS providers
+ Communicate system changes, updates, and roadmap milestones to application users
Qualifications
+ Strong IT technical, problem solving, and logical computer troubleshooting skills
+ Proven ability to learn and adapt to new applications and technologies
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities
+ Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Energetic, adaptable, and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of IT application support experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
+ Demonstrated customer support focus and service orientation
