Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Managed Print Services (MPS)** **Advisor** to join their team **onsite** in Orlando, FL and provide end-user support. This role will lead the delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise print services. This role requires deep technical knowledge of print infrastructure and strong service management skills to ensure efficiency, cost control, and exceptional end-user experience. The Technical MPS Manager will oversee a fleet of 1,200+ Client printers, leverage Client management tools, manage leases, and drive continuous improvements across the print environment while ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities** **:
+ Manage the daily operations of the managed print services program across multiple sites
+ Provide technical leadership for print infrastructure, including servers, drivers, print management solutions, and Client toolsets.
+ Oversee device lifecycle management (deployment, refresh, maintenance, and decommissioning) for a fleet of 1,200+ Client printers
+ Manage print equipment leases, including renewals, end-of-lease returns, and lease cost optimization
+ Monitor print fleet performance and analyze usage data to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
+ Ensure adherence to print security, compliance, and data protection requirements
+ Lead vendor and OEM relationships, including SLA tracking, escalation management, and contract compliance
+ Partner with IT, Facilities, and business units to align print services with organizational goals
+ Supervise and mentor staff supporting day-to-day device administration and end-user support
+ Prepare and present reporting on utilization, service performance, and ROI of the print program
Skills and Qualifications** **:
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 5+ years of experience managing managed print services or enterprise print infrastructure
+ Proficiency with print management platforms (e.g., PaperCut, uniFLOW, Equitrac, or similar)
+ Strong knowledge of Client printers, Client print management tools, network printing, print drivers, and multi-platform environments (Windows, Mac, Linux)
+ Experience managing print equipment leases and vendor contracts
+ Proven success in vendor management and SLA governance
+ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Experience managing large-scale, multi-site print fleets (1,000+ devices) preferred
+ Knowledge of ITIL service management processes preferred
+ Familiarity with document workflow automation and scanning solutions preferred
+ Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
+ Client certifications or experience with Client lease and asset management tools is a plus
**Wage Range** :
The rate for this position is between **$36.00 - $49.50 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
