Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 1 Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Coppell, TX and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities** **:

+ Providing technical support for warehouse operations, including printers, desktops and laptops

+ Performing routine maintenance and repair on printers and related equipment, ensuring optimal functionality

+ Identifying and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

+ Maintaining an inventory of printer supplies and replacement parts

+ Collaborating with other IT support teams or vendors to resolve complex issues

+ Maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment information

+ Setting up and configuring new printers and scanners

+ Troubleshooting printer errors, such as paper jams, connectivity problems, or print quality issues

+ Replacing toner cartridges, ink cartridges, and other consumable parts

+ Updating printer drivers and firmware

+ Managing printer settings and configurations within the warehouse management system

+ Responding to user requests for printer support

+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area for printer maintenance

Skills and Qualifications** **:

+ Strong understanding of printer hardware, software, and networking

+ Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of printer-related issues

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users and other team members

+ Ability to think critically and find solutions to complex technical problems

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records

+ Ability to provide helpful and efficient support to users

+ Ability to lift and move printers and other equipment as needed

**Wage Range** :

The rate for this position is between **$18.00 - $26.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
