    **Schedule:** 1.0 FTE Exempt leadership position. 5 (8)s Monday to Friday with one weekend per month on call- for calls.

    What You Can Expect:

    The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for PreOp plays a key leadership role in supporting the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care for patients preparing for surgery. This position is responsible for supervising ~55 clinical staff, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The ANM fosters a positive work environment, promotes evidence-based practices, and assists with staff development, scheduling, and performance management.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education:**

    + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

    + **Licensure:**

    + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

    + **Experience:**

    + Minimum 3 years nursing experience in surgical services-PreOp preferred.

    + Previous leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.

    + **Skills:**

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in electronic health records and scheduling systems.
