    On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

     

    It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Details of any planned changes would be provided to you by Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes

    We are searching for the best talent for** **Lead Education Logistics- DPS

    Responsibilities:

    Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

     

    o Responsible for maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training, and workshops.

    o Learning role to assist in supervise duties for associates. Process the onboarding of new inventory and displays into tracking system.

    o Provide hands on leadership to associates within respective department and coordinate daily activities of staff. Will assist with the handling and shipping of equipment, as needed.

    o Individual will interface with marketing, Sales and Convention Services for demo and display requirement. Review reports and provide overview of status and gaps to Sup/Manager.

    o Oversee team to ensure consistency of set contents.

    o Direct, assist, and maintain a timely and efficient flow of product.

    o Arrange for any refurbish/repair work before returning equipment/display to storage.

    o Place house order when necessary to replace missing item(s) charging the correct account.

    o Work with meeting planners to select the display unit, graphics, tablecloth, and accessory items for meetings.

    o Prepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as Customs required documents.

    o Receive and store workshop/demo and display material.

    o Prepare and execute no-charge house orders for replenishments with charges directed to appropriate department.

    o Travel to on-site assignments for set-up and/or tear down, as well as supportive tasks as required for successful execution of business objectives.

    o Coordinate materials needed for new product launch.

    o Responsible for movement and assembly of material needed for new product launches including placing order, receiving shipment of inventory, and building of sets.

    o Manage warehouse space allocations, content corrections, new set builds.

    o Coordinate freight logistics for large shipments, both to and from large meetings and workshops.

    o Coordinate with Supervisor to identify and report needed repairs utilize appropriate vendor for repairs, replacements, and refurbishments as needed.

    o Prepare weekly and monthly reports and create dashboard reports for department.

    o Prepare and execute cycle counts and work closely with supervisor to monitor inventory changes.

    o Investigate, communicate, and rectify return shortages.

    o Track training effectiveness and provide input to the supervisor regarding performance.

    o Oversee all decontamination activities of both human and vet units in the Decontamination Room.

    o Coordinate training needs including creation or updating training aids; develop cross training needs.

    o Ability to function as a Team is required.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree or equivalent experience.

     

    o 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.

    o Strong product knowledge is required. Basic knowledge of the skeletal system is preferred.

    o Solid knowledge of Microsoft’s Outlook, Excel, Word, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

    o Proven ability to interact as liaison with associates and management.

    o Must be able to effectively communication to communicate with diverse groups of people, both internal and external to the company.

    o Experience with managing multiple projects at once and can coordinate and prioritize in a successful manner.

     

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $104,650

     

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

     

    Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

    Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
