    Job Description:

    Vision Care Jacksonville serves as head office, which includes a tier one manufacturing site, a tier one distribution center and a R&D hub, To support this highly automated and complex process manufacturing site, drive digital transformation in partnership with cross function business leaders to enable delivery of business goals and objectives in line with J&J MedTech strategy, Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology (SCT) is recruiting for an experienced and strategic JJT Product Senior Manager & Site JJT Leader, located in Jacksonville, Florida.

    This position will define the vision, set priorities, and oversee the development and deployment of new technical features and enhancements for our products, ensuring successful delivery and realization of value at the squad level. Serve as the primary JJT partner for the Site Leadership Team (SLT), with accountability for manufacturing site, ensuring seamless integration, operational stability, and the implementation of innovative digital transformation solutions aligned with business objectives. Managing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for site JJT operations and providing input on portfolio and investment prioritization.

     

    In partnership with J&J Technology and Business Leaders, identifying and prioritizing solutions and leading their consistent implementation across Vision Care. A strong influence, passion, and commitment to guiding the organization toward standardized technology solutions that support the overall J&J MedTech strategy is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Define, develop, and execute the manufacturing plant Ecosystem product roadmap to enable the harmonization and standardization of business process and technology solutions in alignment with JJT MAKE and segment Vision strategy.

    + Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products/platforms features/work oriented around business impact.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories & acceptance criteria.

    + In partnership with Business Product Owner (BPO) prioritize product backlogs and manage releases to deliver value effectively.

    + Understand the business needs and priorities to effectively prioritize product features based on their business value, improving return on investment.

    + Ensure that every local product is mapped to the standard product category to drive business value through standardization and optimization.

    + Ensure the products/features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.

    + Monitor and report on product performance metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.

    + Possess in-depth knowledge about the business areas supported, including their strategies, environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.

    + Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site, focusing on both technology and process capabilities.

    + Drive overall technology cost optimization in partnership with TS and TS finance.

    + Single Point of Contact for the Site Finance team to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs.

    + Team leader, proactively lead talent within the area, including establishing performance goals, providing ongoing feedback, implementing development plans, and supporting career growth and succession planning.

    + Partner with the Make & Deliver Manufacturing Labs Logistic (MLL) Technology Service Delivery Leads to ensure strategic alignment and a unified approach to the infrastructure & products ALM/TLM roadmap.

    + Communicate effectively and proactively with Site/Campus LT and multi-functional teams at different levels of the organization.

    + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security standards.

    Qualifications:

    + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science and Technology or a related field.

    + Minimum of 6 years’ working experience is required in supply chain and / or manufacturing technology.

    + Proven abilities in management (supervisor, project coordinator, etc.) required.

    + Experience with GxP requirements and regulations required.

    + Experience in IT product (application) management, design, and solution in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems) required.

    + Experience in project execution using Agile / JIRA / SDLC methodology preferred.

    + Proven understanding of product lifecycle management preferred.

    + Experience in lean, Six Sigma, and business process mapping methodologies preferred.
