    Job Summary

    Join our Danbury, CT Program Management Office (PMO) as a Program Scheduler. This role works closely with Program leadership to plan, schedule, and budget contractual requirements for defense programs of varying size and complexity.

    What You Will Do

    + Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements

    + Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules

    + Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics

    + Assemble and compile schedule data and inputs same into the project schedule and provide output to the project manager

    + Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, and schedules

    Education & Experience Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with 5+ years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)

    + Demonstrated experience with planning and scheduling for large programs; defense experience highly preferred

    + Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar software as a planning tool

    + Familiarity with Earned Value or a related business process

    + Excellent communication skills and an ability to work across all levels of the organization
