General Summary:
The Relex Super User serves as a strategic and technical expert in the Relex Forecasting & Replenishment platform. This role bridges business operations and system functionality, ensuring optimal performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of Relex modules including demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison for Relex-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
• Lead training and onboarding for new users and system enhancements.
• Support business users across demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and space optimization modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools and reporting that create efficiency and solve complex issues across the Inventory Management team.
• Collaborate with IT, Relex support, and business teams to implement updates and new functionalities.
• Monitor and validate data integrations between Relex and systems like ERP, EDW, and WMS.
• Analyze system performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation and reduce manual interventions across demand and supply processes.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects involving system upgrades or process redesign.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and FAQs to ensure consistent system usage.
• Communicate KPI insights and translate data into actionable business solutions.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership in inventory, retail operations, and supply chain.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
• Graduate certificates in Supply Chain or Systems preferred.
Experience:
• 3+ years in Supply Chain or Inventory Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relex or similar platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle RPAS, Blue Yonder).
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of retail or supply chain planning processes such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and store operations.
Skills:
• Strong statistical and forecasting knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, VBA, SAS.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integration methods.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Work Environment & Expectations
• Office-based with flexible hybrid schedule (40+ hours/week).
