    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver IADC MPD courses according to IADC requirements.

    + Deliver IWCF and IADC Well Control courses.

    + Ensure training sessions are professionally prepared and executed to Maersk Training and industry standards.

    + Support accreditation compliance and contribute to the development of new material and practical scenarios.

    + Collaborate with our team to maintain high-quality training delivery and client satisfaction.

    We are looking for

    + Minimum 10 years of drilling industry experience, including at least 2 years of proven MPD operational or supervisory experience.

    + Demonstrated capability to deliver IADC MPD Course.

    + Approved instructor by IWCF/IADC if required to deliver IWCF/IADC courses.

    + Accredited assessor by IWCF if required to perform IWCF Practical Assessments.

    + Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages (Portuguese/Spanish) are an advantage.

    + Strong communication, instructional, and client-facing skills.

    + Availability to travel domestically and internationally, if required.

    + Engagement as consultant/contractor, with possibility of future employment.
