    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Los Angeles area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Los Angeles location for in person support as well as supporting other offices within the region remotely. You will be the sole tech member at this location supporting internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. A large part of this job will be project based work in LA, the office has a return to office policy so you will be supporting roughly 330 associates at this location. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire. This person needs to be a self-starter as they will be the sole Desktop Technician.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years of experience in a desktop technician role providing onsite support

     

    Experienced with ticketing systems

     

    Client uses Sysaid

     

    Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting

     

    Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support

     

    Go-getter/self-starter - you will be the only tech on site in this location Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments

     

    Experience with Networking
